- Hole 1: Trim tree bases
- Hole 2: Clean/Flip Tee Pad
- Hole 3: Move Pin to A, Annual stair re-carve
- Hole 4: Trim B and Path to 5, Move Pin to B
- Hole 5: Move Pin to B
- Hole 6: Trim right side of fairway, Move Pin to A, Annual stair re-carve
- Hole 7: Trim left side of fairway/gully
- Hole 8: Trim around A and B pins
- Hole 9: Trim B pin, Move Pin to B
- Hole 10: Major Hair Cut, Clean/Flip Tee Pad, Annual stair re-carve
- Hole 11: Move Pin to B, Can we put up signage about parking?
- Hole 12: Trim back left side of B fairway, Can we put up signage about parking?
- Hole 13: General Trim, Move Pin to B
- Hole 14: Clean/Flip Tee Pad, More left side trimming/thinning, Move Pin to A
- Hole 15: Trim Rough on both sides
- Hole 16: Trim Tree limbs on left side
- Hole 17: Can we put up signage about parking?
- Hole 18: Nothing
The biggest priority is #10. Everything else is icing.
