The 2nd Annual Whispering Falls Harvest was a success! We had a slim crowd of 48, due largely to the forecast of rain I believe, but those that showed were met with some sweet tourney plastic, a scrumptious lunch and two rounds on the best looking Falls I’ve seen since her inception. We started of with a Proclamation presented to the club by the Township Board of Supervisors. They see what we’ve done and continue to do and they appreciate and applaud our efforts.

Russ’ Wife, Lindsey: Thanks for letting Russ come out to play with me. Sorry I’ve become the other woman…
Mom Lescalleet: Buying supplies and preparing lunch, adding and checking scores and helping with the baby.
Dad Lescalleet: Perpetual course maintenance, lunch help, basket moving, photographer, sounding board and spokesperson. I’m still waiting for you to come out of retirement.
Tim Lescalleet: As much as I’d like to see you play again, your help with check in, scores, payouts and merchandise is invaluable. You are definitely an integral part of this team.
Uncle Clifford: The grill man. I owe you a sixer.
Andy Johnson: Thanks for dealing with me on the artwork. I know I’m a pain, just ask Russ and Cari.
Shooby: Thanks for giving up the end of a relaxing lunch and your 2nd round warm up time to help move baskets.
Codey Huff: He may not know it, but his new title is “Trophy Maker.” The wooden discs were awesome!
Matt Swartz: Thanks for taking care of the tag round, sorry you lost Number 1.
Wild Bill, Matt Swartz, John Cunningham, Nick Krawczak, Fred Hickman, Wayne Trump, Eric Boger, Dick Gogin, Codey Huff, Corey Duesler and The Real Glen Miller: The course looked and played great, and it wouldn’t have happened without your efforts.
Dawn Gogin: I waited all year for that slaw, and you didn’t disappoint! Awesome as usual.
I want to commend all the club members that made it out, it was great having such a good showing of locals present.
