Unseasonably warm weather brought out a large crowd. Included in this crowd was the return of the one and only putting machine named Briscoe. He road in like a knight on a white steed and proceeded to drop bombs from all over the course. It was uncanny, you would never have guessed he hasn’t played in 4 months…
Fred played with a hurt back, knowing full well he’d lose his hard fought for number 2 tag. May to take one for the team Fred. And we had a return guest, Logan, on the hunt for an elusive creature you sometimes see on the golf course. It has feathers, and flies around without a care in the world. Maybe some of you have seen one?
Highlights:
Brad and Dave birdie 3A
Russ birdies 6A
Dan Marshall, Corey, Becker par 9B
Brad birdies 10B
Brad birdies 17A
Circles abounded this round. Every card had at least one, but the lowlight of the week goes to Corey Duesler. Triple-circle 8 on 17A. He landed in the parking lot, the
OB pond, and the OB wetlands. And I hate to point out the obvious Corey, but if you could have just kept that to 1 circle you would have beat Codey and could have rid yourself of that 12 tag you seem to love so much…
